Delaney King is a digital artist, art director and instructor working mainly in video games and film VFX.

Game work:

Delaney produces concept design, game asset models, textures and cinematic characters.

Her creatures and characters have appeared in AAA titles such as Unreal Tournament 2004, Dungeons & Dragons Online: Stormreach, Lord of The Rings: Online, Civilization IV and many more. She was also the Games Development Consultant for Discreet (Autodesk).


Delaney Shifted to film VFX after the collapse of the Australian games industry, working for Animal Logic, Fuel and Zspace. Her film credits include Where The Wild Things Are and The Spirit.

Delaney is a wiz with Nuke, Modo, Mari, Max, Maya, Zbrush, Mudbox and Hiero, and has actually acted as a demo artist and trainer for Autodesk and The Foundry!

Delaney has been a speaker at SIGGRAPH, GDC, AGDC, PAX, GCAP, CHINAJOY! and many more. She has also taught VFX at the Australian Film, Television and Radio school (AFTRS).
